Continental Market is a local Montauk market serving breakfast, lunch and freshly prepared Latin-inspired comfort food. Empanadas, breakfast sandwiches, cheese bread, rice and beans, and a rotating hot case of chicken, pork, ribs and fish.

It's a family-run, casual place with takeout, picnic tables outside, coffee in the morning and big portions at prices that make sense. Locals come in year-round; visitors usually find us on their way to or from the beach.
